Admission process for online mode of reporting for admission of MD/MS/Diploma NEET PG (AIQ) candidates (E – Joining)

 

1.   The candidate needs to first pay the college admission fees of Rs. 55400/-  through NEFT and the transaction reference number should be noted for all future correspondence with Goa Medical College. For details please refer to “Payment of admission fees” link under the NEET PG (AIQ) tab on GMC&H website.

2.   The joining and acceptance of allotted seat should be sent by email to the following email ID only :  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

3.   The email should have the following documents as attachments in pdf format:

a.    Joining and acceptance letter duly signed by the candidate along with passport size photograph on the joining letter.

b.   The details of the fees paid along with transaction reference number.

c.    In case of reversal of payment if any on upgradation / resignation of seat, please provide the details for refund of fees to be effected as follows: Account holders name, account number, name of the bank, branch and the IFSC code. Please provide a scanned copy of the above passbook.

d.   The following documents to be attached with the acceptance email.

                                     I.        Documents as indicated in the notice of the office of ADG (ME) dated 11/04/202 letter ref. U-12021/44/2019/16-MEC.

                                   II.        Documents to be scanned and uploaded by the candidate as required by the college:

 

A) Mandatory documents to be submitted online:

1.     Provisional Allotment Letter

2.     Admit Card, Rank Letter and score card.

3.     Relieving Order from last College (if applicable)

4.     Original 1st, 2nd, 3rd P.I &II MBBS Mark sheets

5.     MBBS Degree Certificate

6.     State/ MCI Registration Certificate

7.     Internship Completion Certificate

8.     XIIth Mark Sheet

9.     Birth Certificate or Xth Mark Sheet

10.  Caste Certificate (ST/SC/OBC Original Caste Certificate, if applicable)

11.  Disability Certificate (if applicable)

12.  Copy of PAN card / Driving license/ Voter ID/ Adhar card/ passport for identification purpose.

13.  Candidates must submit an affidavit on duly notarized Rs. 20/- non judicial stamp paper declaring that he/she has not taken admission in any other medical college/institution/University.

14.  “NOC” from present employer, if the candidate is employed.

 

 

B) Mandatory Documents to be submitted at the time of joining the college:

1.   Provisional Eligibility Certificate ( from Goa University )

2.   Medical Fitness Certificate and immunization against Hepatitis Certificate

3.   Attempt, Bonafide & Character & Conduct Certificates

4.   College MCI recognition Certificate

5.   Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate

6.   Bond (1 original Notarized on Rs. 100 stamp paper + 1 copy on green paper)

 

 

 

 

 

Admission process for physical mode of reporting for admission of MD/MS/Diploma NEET PG (AIQ) candidates

 

1.  Venue of reporting: Academic section, Goa Medical College, Bambolim, Goa.

 

2.  Timing: 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm.

 

3.  Documents: same as in for E – Joining.
